CertifyApps support

Get help with the app and document you are working on.

Email [email protected] for software support. Include the app name and what you were trying to do so the team can investigate the right workflow.

Help us reproduce the problem.

  • The app name and the email address used for your account.
  • Your device, operating system and app version, if available.
  • The document type and the step where the problem occurred.
  • What you expected, what happened and the exact error message.
  • Whether the problem repeats and when you first noticed it.

A screenshot can help when emailing support. Remove customer names, addresses and other unnecessary personal information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.

Access, billing or a document question?

For a first access link, use app access. For a purchase or renewal, visit billing help and identify the store or provider shown on your receipt.

For an unexpected PDF result, describe the document and affected page. Compare it with the sample output, but do not send confidential records until the team confirms what is needed and how to share it.

Protect work that may not have saved.

If a record appears unsaved, avoid clearing app data or uninstalling the app while investigating. Tell support what is visible and keep any available exports. Do not assume that an unsuccessful send or export means the underlying record has been saved.

If you suspect unauthorised account access, say so clearly in your email. This support channel is for software assistance, not emergency advice about a site or safety incident.

Help with your Certify app

How do I get help signing in to a Certify app?

Include the app name, the email address used for that app account, your device and the exact sign-in message. Use the sign-in or password-reset option offered by that app. If you still cannot get access, email support from your account email. Never send a password, sign-in code or reset link.

How do I get help with a certificate, report, photo or PDF?

Tell us which Certify app and document type you are using, the affected page or section, and what you expected to see. Photo and PDF options vary by app and document. If you email a screenshot, remove customer names, addresses and other unnecessary personal information first.

What should I do if work appears unsaved or has not synced?

Keep the app and its local data while investigating. Avoid clearing app data or uninstalling. Note the status or error shown, whether you were online, and what happened immediately before the problem. Keep available exports and contact support before making a choice that could replace saved work.

How do I get help with billing, refunds or subscriptions?

Include the app name, account email and the original purchase provider shown on your receipt. Use the provider account to manage renewal or cancellation, or visit the billing help page. Do not send payment-card details or store passwords. A support enquiry does not start a subscription.

How can I ask about deleting an app account?

Check the account or privacy options in the relevant app and its published deletion instructions. If you cannot sign in or need help, email [email protected] from the email used for that app account and name the app. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.

Before you choose

Can I ask about any Certify app?

Yes. The support route covers CertifyPAT, CertifyGAS, CertifyELECTRIC, CertifyFIRE, CertifyLIGHT, CertifyAlarm and CertifyECO. Include the product name so the team can identify the correct account and workflow.

Does contacting support create a subscription?

No. Contacting support is an enquiry. It does not create an account, start a purchase or activate a subscription.

Email the support team

Include the app name, your account email and a description of the issue. The team will reply by email about your request.

This is an enquiry, not an account registration, purchase or confirmed appointment.
