How much does CertifyGAS cost?
Current CertifyGAS paid prices are available on request. Tell the team which records you produce, how many engineers need to create them and which devices you use. Ask for the price, included features, usage limits and billing terms. CertifyPAT prices and allowances do not apply to CertifyGAS.
Is there a Free starter option for CertifyGAS?
Yes. CertifyGAS is part of the CertifyApps Free starter offer. Request the relevant access route and confirm the document allowance, included features and availability for your device. Do not assume the same limits or a fixed trial duration across all seven apps.
Can I add my company logo and choose document colours?
CertifyApps offers company-logo and document-colour options, with availability depending on the app, document and plan. The public CertifyGAS example uses a black theme and example branding. Check which controls your chosen CertifyGAS plan includes; the sample does not promise that every branding option is included in Free starter.
What information helps you recommend a plan for my team?
List the gas records your business needs, the number of engineers who will create and issue them, and the devices they use. Mention any other Certify apps you need. Confirm the user allowance and app coverage in the proposed plan rather than assuming one subscription covers your whole team or the entire app family.
Do landlords and other customers need to subscribe?
No. Customers can receive and keep the finished PDF without a CertifyApps subscription. CertifyGAS is for gas engineers and professional teams carrying out the work and producing the records, not for customers who only need to receive those documents.
What happens after I request pricing?
The team replies to the email address you provide with the relevant plan, access or availability information. This is an enquiry, not instant registration: it does not create an account, take payment or start a subscription. Review the total price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before confirming any purchase.
Can I review a gas record before choosing a plan?
Yes. The public sample page has a watermarked gas record you can view without an account. Inspect the customer and site details, appliance tables and signature areas. Then use fictional job details to evaluate the document you need in the app before moving live customer records. The public sample is not a completed record for a real job.
