CertifyFIRE sample PDF

Sample fire risk assessment PDF

Review how the existing CertifyFIRE sample presents premises information, findings and actions. For fire risk assessors and fire safety businesses, the useful test is whether the recipient can understand the report after the visit.

An access enquiry, not account registration or payment.

Connect each finding to a clear action

  • Premises and scope: identify the building, areas and assessment work described by the report.
  • Finding locations: check whether a reader who was not at the visit could locate the issue from the written description.
  • Recommendations and priorities: follow the recorded action back to the finding it addresses.
  • Outstanding work: distinguish an issued recommendation from evidence that the action has actually been completed.
  • Full report: inspect the supporting detail and relevant later pages, with the issuing business and sign-off clearly identifiable.
Watermarked example data for evaluation, not a record for a real job. This existing public sample does not establish identical output in every current app version. Check a test export with your intended document and plan.

Give the recipient an actionable handover

A building manager needs more than a report title to organise a response. During evaluation, use fictional premises with several areas and a longer finding. Read the exported wording from the recipient's point of view: can they identify the location, understand the recommendation and connect it to the relevant finding without a separate explanation from you?

A recognisable business identity can make the report easier to file and trace back to its issuer. Keep the assessment scope, findings and priorities more prominent than decorative branding. Confirm the supported logos, colours and layout controls for your report and plan; sample styling does not show which options are included in Free starter.

CertifyFIRE sample questions

Does this sample demonstrate every CertifyFIRE report?

No. This page presents a fire risk assessment sample. It does not establish the availability or scope of every fire-door, equipment or specialist inspection document. Describe the exact report you need and confirm it for your device, version and plan.

Does an action in the report mean the issue has been resolved?

No. A recorded finding or recommendation is not evidence that the work has been completed. When evaluating the handover, check that the issued report is distinguishable from later follow-up information and completion evidence.

Can I customise the report with my logo and colours?

Check the branding controls available for the chosen fire report and plan. The sample shows one presentation, not a guarantee of every option in Free starter. Keep locations, findings and priorities readable, and use only logos or professional marks you are entitled to display.

Does the responsible person or building manager need to subscribe?

No. The assessor or engineer creates the record. The responsible person, building manager or other customer can receive and retain the exported PDF without subscribing to CertifyFIRE.

Is this a verified example from every current CertifyFIRE build?

No. It is an existing public sample. Evaluate a test export on the app version, device and plan you intend to use before relying on a particular layout or feature. The example data and public watermark are for evaluation, not a real assessment.

What does requesting CertifyFIRE Free starter access do?

It opens an enquiry with CertifyFIRE selected. Tell the team your device, report requirements and number of people creating records so they can confirm suitable access and limits. It does not register an account, take payment or start a paid subscription; direct signup remains pending.
