This existing app-generated sample shows the certificate and appliance schedule with example company branding. Custom logos and colours are paid features. Free still produces a complete basic certificate PDF.
How the Free allowance works
- Two successfully issued certificates per UTC calendar month, for one certificate user.
- Drafts and failed issue attempts do not consume the allowance.
- Deleting an issued certificate does not restore that month’s allowance.
- Customer, site and appliance-register records are not limited to two. The allowance applies to issued certificates.

Choose by certificate users, not customer count
Solo is for one person producing certificates. Business 3 and Business 6 provide three and six certificate users respectively. All three paid plans include unlimited issued certificates and the paid features shown above.
Your customers do not count as certificate users just because they receive a PDF. These plans are not a full staff-management or scheduling system.

Before you choose
What is included in CertifyPAT Free?
Free includes one certificate user, two successfully issued certificates per UTC calendar month, complete basic PDFs, unlimited customer, site and appliance-register records, offline drafts and retest planning. Custom branding, barcode labels and register exports are paid features.
What does a paid plan add?
Solo, Business 3 and Business 6 include unlimited issued certificates, custom logos and colours, multiple branding profiles, barcode label printing, register CSV/PDF exports and PDF cloud backup. Their included certificate-user counts are one, three and six respectively.
Do I pay for customers who receive a PDF?
No. The included users are people creating certificates in the app. A customer receiving the finished PDF does not need a CertifyPAT subscription.
Does requesting access or plan advice take payment?
No. Those routes send an enquiry. Direct signup and checkout buttons stay unavailable until their destinations are connected. You should see and review the actual purchase terms before any subscription is confirmed.
How do I manage renewal or cancellation?
Use the billing provider and account used for the purchase. Review the renewal and cancellation terms presented in that purchase flow. Contact support if you need help identifying the correct route.
Can I still use existing certificate PDFs after moving to Free?
Existing certificate PDF viewing, editing, downloading and sharing remain available after downgrade. The Free allowance applies to newly issued certificates; paid-only tools such as custom branding and register exports are not included in Free.
