An agency may instruct the visit on a landlord’s behalf while the engineer attends an occupied property. Agree the correct customer details, full work address and intended document recipient before the job.
Useful references help your team identify the property without guessing from an attachment name. Where several units share an address, include the relevant flat, block or unit reference in the information given to the contractor.

Know who to contact about the findings.
The issuing professional is responsible for the inspection or test and the record they supply. If a result, address or scope is unclear, ask that professional to explain or correct the document through the appropriate process.
CertifyApps provides the software, not an independent approval of the work. A polished PDF does not establish that a property has passed every check, and an action noted in a report does not show that the action has been completed.
