CertifyGAS is part of the CertifyApps Free starter offer. Ask the team to confirm the included records, document allowance, any time limit and the options available for your device. This page does not publish a fixed duration or unlimited usage promise. Check the confirmed access details before beginning your evaluation.
Does requesting access create an account immediately?
No. This form sends an enquiry to the team, which replies using the email address you provide with relevant access, availability or plan information. It does not create an account, take payment or start a subscription. Begin the app evaluation after the team confirms the access route.
Which device should I choose on the form?
Choose the device you intend to use for the gas records, or select Several devices and describe your setup in the optional message. The choices help the team answer your request; their presence in the form is not a guarantee that every app version or feature is available on every device. Confirm support for your intended setup.
Can I try the gas records my business needs?
Name the exact record when requesting access, such as a landlord safety record, appliance service record or warning notice. For non-domestic, catering, LPG or another specialist requirement, describe the intended document and confirm its availability in the version and plan you will use. The public Landlord Gas Safety Record sample demonstrates one record type.
Can I evaluate company logos and document colours?
Tell the team which branding options you need and confirm which controls are included in your starter access. The gas sample uses a black theme and example business logos; it does not mean every gas document must be black or every branding option is free. Review company details, appliance tables and longer notes in your own export.
Do my customers or landlords need to subscribe?
No app subscription is needed simply to receive the finished PDF. CertifyGAS is for the engineers creating the records, including an organisation's in-house engineers where applicable. Landlords, agents and other customers can receive and keep the issued document without becoming software subscribers.
What should I check before moving to a paid plan?
Review the complete PDF from a representative fictional job, the records and branding you need, your devices and the number of professionals creating documents. Then confirm the price, allowance, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms. Request current CertifyGAS plan details rather than applying another app's prices or limits.
