Which Certify apps have a Free starter option?
Free starter options cover all seven apps: CertifyPAT, CertifyGAS, CertifyELECTRIC, CertifyFIRE, CertifyLIGHT, CertifyAlarm and CertifyECO. Choose the app for the work you carry out and confirm its device availability, document allowance and included features.
Does submitting this form give me an account immediately?
No. This is an access enquiry, not instant account registration. The team replies to the email address you provide with the relevant access, availability or plan information. Sending the form does not take payment or start a subscription.
Is Free starter the same as a fixed-length paid-plan trial?
Do not assume that they are the same. The Free starter allowance and included features depend on the app. Confirm any time limit, document allowance and upgrade terms for your selected app rather than assuming a shared trial duration across the family.
Will my chosen app work on my device?
Tell the team which device you intend to use. The device choices in the enquiry form collect your requirements; they do not confirm that every app is available on every platform. Check the access route and the workflow on your intended device before choosing a paid plan.
Can I use my own logo and colours on the PDFs?
CertifyApps offers company-logo and document-colour options, with availability depending on the app, document and plan. Check the branding guide and your selected plan. A sample logo or colour scheme does not mean those controls are included in every Free starter.
What should I check during my first evaluation?
Use fictional job details to check the exact document type you need, the entry workflow and the exported PDF. Review customer and site details, tables, page breaks and the branding available on your plan. This helps you decide whether the app fits your work before adding live customer information.
Do my customers need an app or subscription?
