A repeat visit to a customer site
Use a sample customer with several rooms and appliance types when evaluating CertifyPAT. Check that your identifiers remain easy to follow from the appliance records to the PDF. Existing equipment details can help organise repeat work, but the results and sign-off must reflect the work actually carried out on the current visit.

Make the finished document part of your business.
Your business logo, colours and contact details help the customer recognise who carried out the work. Check the available branding controls for your chosen document and plan, including any scheme marks you are entitled to display.
