Ask for the included features, usage limits and billing terms. Prices and allowances shown for CertifyPAT do not apply to CertifyFIRE.
What does the CertifyFIRE Free starter include?
CertifyFIRE is part of the CertifyApps Free starter offer. Request the access route and confirm the report types, allowance, branding options and availability for your device. Do not assume that every report or paid feature is included, or that all seven apps share one allowance or trial duration.
Which fire report types should I mention in my enquiry?
Name the exact assessment, inspection, survey or equipment record you need. For example, distinguish a fire risk assessment from a fire door inspection or an equipment maintenance record. Confirm the relevant workflow and its availability in your plan. The existing fire risk assessment sample does not demonstrate every fire report.
Should I choose CertifyFIRE or CertifyAlarm?
Start with the document you need to issue. Review CertifyFIRE for fire assessment and inspection reporting, and compare CertifyAlarm for specialist alarm-system documentation. Tell the team if your work needs both apps and confirm the exact documents and plan coverage; one app subscription should not be assumed to include the other.
Can I use my company logo and colours on fire reports?
CertifyApps offers company-logo and document-colour options, with availability depending on the app, report and plan. Check which controls your CertifyFIRE plan includes and review the complete export. Example branding in a sample does not mean every option is included in Free starter.
What should a team include in its pricing request?
List the assessors or engineers who need to create and issue reports, their devices, the report types and expected volume. Mention any additional Certify apps you need. Confirm the user allowance and access arrangements in the proposed plan. Customers who only receive the finished PDF do not need an app subscription to receive it.
Is this a quote for someone to carry out a fire risk assessment?
No. This page is for CertifyFIRE software used by professionals producing their own reports. Requesting plan details does not book a site visit or commission a fire risk assessment. A customer receiving a report should arrange the professional work separately from the report-writing software.
What happens after I request CertifyFIRE pricing?

This is an enquiry, not instant registration: it does not create an account, take payment or start a subscription.
