Which alarm documents should I mention in my enquiry?
Name the system type and work stage, then specify the record you need: for example, verification, design, installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, inspection, servicing or acceptance. Confirm the exact template, scope, version and plan availability. A verification sample does not show that a different service or system document meets your requirement.
Should I choose CertifyAlarm or CertifyFIRE?

Can I customise alarm certificates with my logo and colours?
Company information and supported logo and colour settings can give your documents a recognisable business identity. The available controls depend on the document and plan, so ask which branding options are included. Review the full export, including longer notes and declarations. A sample logo does not establish that every branding option is included in Free starter.
What should a team include in an alarm software pricing request?

Does the customer need a CertifyAlarm subscription to receive a certificate?
