Add one named user to an active Solo, Business 3 or Business 6 plan. It needs an active base plan and does not work as a standalone subscription.

- Choose a plan above. Your selection stays with you. New customers see Create account; if you already use CertifyGAS, choose Sign in and use the same account as your app.
- Confirm your account details. Verify your email if asked. You return to your selected plan and its monthly total. Adjust the team size or add one Extra Seat to a fixed plan if needed.
- Review and pay securely. When website purchasing opens, continue to Stripe to review the final amount, monthly renewal and cancellation terms before paying. Return to CertifyGAS to check your confirmed access.
Manage billing where you purchased
Website purchase: sign in to the same CertifyGAS account and open website billing to manage the subscription, invoices and cancellation through Stripe.
App Store or Google Play purchase: use the original store account. Cancelling a base plan does not automatically cancel a separately billed store Extra Seat.
Keep the same CertifyGAS account when moving between devices. Before changing billing provider, follow the account’s guidance so you do not start overlapping subscriptions.

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled through the original billing provider. These are CertifyGAS plans; they do not include the other Certify apps. Discuss your team requirements or compare the app family.

How much does CertifyGAS cost?
Solo is £9.99/month for one user. Business 3 is £24.99/month for three users, and Business 6 is £49.99/month for six. Business Flex starts at £49.99/month including six users, then adds £9.99/month for each user above six. Extra Seat adds one user to an active fixed plan for £9.99/month. Choose a plan on this page. It stays selected while you create an account or sign in and confirm your email if needed. New website subscriptions are not open yet. Before you buy, the checkout provider confirms the price, applicable tax and recurring terms.
Is there a Free starter option for CertifyGAS?
Yes. One named user can issue two new certificates per UTC calendar month. Free PDFs carry a CertifyGAS Free-plan watermark. Drafts, previews and sharing an already issued PDF do not use another allowance. It resets at the start of the next calendar month (UTC). Request the available access route and try the record you need before choosing a paid plan.
Can I add my company logo and choose document colours?
Paid CertifyGAS plans include custom PDF branding, including your company logo and document-colour controls. The public sample uses example branding and a black theme. Review the specific record and available controls in the version you will use. Free output carries the Free-plan watermark.
What information helps you recommend a plan for my team?
Tell us which gas records you need and how many named people will create them. Solo includes one user, Business 3 includes three, Business 6 includes six, and Business Flex starts with six and lets you choose a larger total. Owners and pending invitations count towards the places you purchase. One person using several devices does not need extra seats. Other Certify apps need their own confirmed access.
How does Extra Seat work?
Extra Seat costs £9.99/month and adds one named user to an active Solo, Business 3 or Business 6 plan: two, four or seven users in total. It is not a standalone plan. Buy and manage it through the provider of your base plan. App Store and Google Play base and Extra Seat subscriptions renew separately; cancelling one does not cancel the other. Business Flex instead charges £9.99/month for each user above its included six.
Where do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Manage a website purchase from the same CertifyGAS account through Stripe. Manage an App Store purchase through its original Apple account and a Google Play purchase through its original Google account. Store base and Extra Seat subscriptions must each be managed separately. A normal cancellation stops future renewal; a store refund or revocation can change access earlier. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.
Do landlords and other customers need to subscribe?
No. Customers can receive and keep the finished PDF without a CertifyApps subscription. CertifyGAS is for gas engineers and professional teams carrying out the work and producing the records, not for customers who only need to receive those documents.
What happens after I request pricing?
The team replies to the email address you provide with the relevant plan, access or availability information. This is an enquiry, not instant registration: it does not create an account, take payment or start a subscription. Review the total price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before confirming any purchase.
Can I review a gas record before choosing a plan?
Yes. The public sample page has a watermarked gas record you can view without an account. Inspect the customer and site details, appliance tables and signature areas. Then use fictional job details to evaluate the document you need in the app before moving live customer records. The public sample is not a completed record for a real job.
