What does a team need to provide for a pricing enquiry?
Include the engineers who will create records, their devices, the document types and expected report volume. Mention work across several sites and any other Certify apps you need. Ask which products, users and access arrangements the proposed plan includes. Receiving a PDF is different from needing access to create or amend records.
Does my customer or building manager need to subscribe?
No app subscription is needed simply to receive the finished PDF. This software is for the professionals creating the documents, including an organisation's in-house engineers where applicable. If another person needs to create or amend records, ask about their app access rather than treating them as a PDF recipient.
