Is there a Free starter option for every Certify app?
Yes. Free starter options cover CertifyPAT, CertifyGAS, CertifyELECTRIC, CertifyFIRE, CertifyLIGHT, CertifyAlarm and CertifyECO. Allowances, included features and device availability are app-specific. Choose the relevant app to check the details.
Are the CertifyPAT prices and limits the same for the other apps?
No. The PAT prices, certificate allowances and user counts shown here apply to CertifyPAT only. Use the other app pricing pages to request their paid plan details; do not use PAT figures to budget for another app.
Are company logos and colours included in every Free starter?
Not necessarily. CertifyApps offers company-logo and document-colour options, but availability depends on the app, document and plan. A branded sample shows an example output, not the features included in every Free starter. Check the relevant plan before subscribing.
Does one subscription include the whole app family?
Do not assume a single-app subscription includes other Certify apps. For work across several trades, tell the team which apps and documents you need and how many engineers will issue them. Confirm the scope and price of any proposed plan before buying.
How do I choose a plan for a team?
Count the engineers who need to create and issue documents, identify the apps they need and list the devices they use. Ask for the applicable user limits and billing arrangement. A customer receiving a finished PDF does not need an app subscription just to receive it.
Does a pricing or access enquiry start a subscription?
No. The website enquiry sends your request to the team; it does not create an account, take payment or start a subscription. Direct signup and checkout links are not yet active. Review the price, billing period, applicable taxes and terms in the relevant purchase flow before confirming payment.
Can I check the document output before choosing a plan?
Yes. The sample PDF pages provide watermarked examples without requiring an account. Check the document type, table readability and branding, then evaluate a representative job in your chosen app. Samples are examples, not completed records for a real customer or a guarantee that every feature is included in your plan.
