The tester remains responsible for the inspection, test method, results and information recorded. The app supports the paperwork; it does not perform or certify the physical checks.

Free: two issued certificates a month
One certificate user, unlimited customer, site and appliance-register records, offline drafts and complete basic PDFs. The allowance is two successfully issued certificates per UTC calendar month.
A draft or failed issue attempt does not use the allowance. Deleting an issued certificate does not restore it.
Paid: from £9.99 a month
Unlimited issued certificates, custom logos and colours, barcode label printing, register CSV/PDF exports and PDF cloud backup.
Solo covers one certificate user. Business plans cover three or six certificate users. These are document-producing users, not the customers receiving PDFs.

Before you choose
Is CertifyPAT Free a timed trial?
No. The Free plan has an ongoing allowance of two successfully issued certificates per UTC calendar month. It is not a promise of a separate 14-day paid-feature trial. Use the Free starter enquiry route to confirm the appropriate access for your device.
Can I add my own company logo and colours?
Yes, custom branding and multiple branding profiles are paid CertifyPAT features. Free includes company and tester details and required signatures in a complete basic PDF, but not custom logos and colours.
Are barcode labels and register exports included in Free?
No. Barcode label printing and appliance-register CSV/PDF exports are paid features. Free still lets you keep appliance-register records. Check the printer, label format and device setup you intend to use before buying equipment.
Can several engineers use CertifyPAT?
Business 3 includes three certificate users and Business 6 includes six. These plans provide certificate-user capacity; they are not a promise of a full staff scheduler, HR system or advanced permissions suite.
Do landlords or other customers need to subscribe?
No. The professional carrying out the PAT work uses CertifyPAT. Customers, including landlords, agents and facilities contacts, can receive and keep the finished PDF without subscribing.
How do I get started while direct registration is unavailable?
Use Request Free starter access to send an access enquiry for CertifyPAT. An enquiry does not create an account or start a subscription. The direct signup button is marked unavailable until its destination is connected.
